When you enter the Framer’s Workshop custom picture framing showroom and design studio, it is obvious that we are no ordinary frame shop, but rather a special place where you can find the perfect frame to exquisitely display and complement your piece of artwork. Our selection of over 6,000 frame styles represents a wide-range of historically-correct frames designs, as well as modern, contemporary picture frames. We can provide you with appropriate museum quality framing for your artwork at whatever your budget allows.

With more than 32 years experience, Rolf and Kris have expertise, experience, and the knowledge required to answer every frame related question. And on that rare occasion when we do not have the answer, we have the resources to find the right answer.

We reframe a lot of art and are often disappointed by the quality, workmanship, and lack of care for the art. I insist that, should anyone ever take apart any of our work, that they will observe that everything that has been framed at Framer’s Workshop was done properly, with full respect for the artwork.

How can we assist the decision making process?

While we offer over 6,000 frame styles, there are usually only 3 or 4 that are perfect for your piece of art. We focus on only those styles that compliment your art. Always keeping preservation in mind as a prime component of framing, we design the treatments that look best. Collaborating together, we can direct you to a design that us both appealing and correct.

Investment vs. Decoration?

Does it really matter? We try to show the best look for your artwork regardless of the value of the art or price of the frame. Price can be accommodated later in the design process.
